Self-discovery. Before you can package or promote yourself, you need to know what the product actually is.

Know it
A note on this plan: these five actions are the ones that will move you furthest, fastest, from where you are right now. Work them in order. Each one produces the raw material the next one needs, and the work you do here is what makes Branding and Marketing possible later.
What this stage is
This is the onion peeling stage, where you figure out what the product actually is: you. You uncover your strengths, values, passions, and unique career DNA, connecting your head to your heart. It is iterative work, woven through reflection, coaching, and tools like the 6 Whys. Until you know who you are at the core, you are not ready to package or promote yourself.

Identify 3-5 consistent success patterns that show how you create value across roles, industries, and environments
