A note on this plan: these five actions are the ones that will move you furthest, fastest, from where you are right now. Work them in order. Your Transition work gave you the raw material; this is where you shape it into something a hiring decision-maker can act on.
What this stage is
Once you know the product, you package it. Not job titles, not hard skills, not resume bells and whistles: your value, and how someone else's life will be different because of you. You build a brand that is authentic, industry agnostic, and consistent across every visual, verbal, and online format, then test it against one standard: are you Believable, Understandable, and Likeable?
